Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement practice that encourages self-expression, creative exploration, and connection with others. This is a judgement-free space where you can move, dance, and express yourself freely. There is no set choreography or steps to follow, allowing you to tap into your inner rhythms and let your body move in the way it wants to. At our Ecstatic Dance event, we'll have a live DJ playing an eclectic mix of music that ranges from world beats to electronica to help you connect with your body and the rhythm of the music. You can dance alone or with others, whichever feels best for you. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a beginner, everyone is welcome to join us for this magical evening. So, come as you are, bring an open mind and heart, and let's dance into ecstasy!
