Dance cardio (Group fitness)
Class begins with an energetic combination of stretching and toning. This leaves students feeling vibrant as well as refreshed. All stretches can be modified to a students level. class then moves to A Fast paced, aerobic fitness oriented experience incorporating today's hottest TWERK dance moves with an intense ab and booty blast. We start with a core workout then twerk it out w/ some hot twerkography. this is a beginner friendly class.
