Natalie started practicing yoga in 2013, creating open space to love herself on a deeper level. In 2016, she took her 2 months of intensive training with Kula Collective, in San Marco's, Guatemala. After 2 months of intensive training, she came back home and began strengthening her practice through teaching at various spaces. Yoga transformed quickly beyond a physical and into a form of moving meditation for her. She encourages everyone to practice and take yoga beyond the physical practice.
