About the event
This unique gathering is all about connection, creativity, and sharing your practice. We’ll begin with 45 minutes of guided yoga to ground the body and mind, followed by a soothing meditation sound bath to deepen relaxation. After practice, we’ll open space for conversation around being content and creating content, while enjoying a nourishing vegan meal prepared by a featured chef.
All donations go directly toward enhancing and uplifting our community space.
