Join us every Sunday at 1:00 PM on beautiful Belle Isle Beach for an uplifting afternoon of movement, connection, laughter, and community.
Whether you’re stepping onto a yoga mat for the very first time or have years of practice, this welcoming gathering is open to all ages, bodies, and experience levels. Together we’ll breathe deeply, stretch gently, strengthen our bodies, and enjoy the healing energy of nature beside the water.
After yoga, stay and connect during our community potluck picnic!
