Intro to Inversions + Restorative Yoga

Join Alice for an evening of balanced energies!  This workshop will start off with an active flow, preparing the body to safely explore headstand, forearmstand, and handstand.  Inversions will be taught with modifications and progressions so everyBODY can participate within their comfort zone.  Halfway through class we will enjoy a communal smoke break, followed by some yummy restorative yoga with optional hands-on assists.
