Ecstatic Dance

This ceremony will consist of guided meditation, yoga flow, and ecstatic dance with the intention to go within, reflecting thy bliss without. Ceremonial cacao will be offered to deepen the heart centric experience. This dance is more about the love you do it with, so don't worry about rythym or steps (its for all). We'll set the vibe with a yoga class then transition into ecstatic dance afer. This magical journey is guided by Elise. She will be guiding yoga then transforming into a Dj for ecstatic dance.
